I am new to this Blog stuff.

Hello I am starting out on this thing called Blog. (WOW).I am a 38 year old married with chidren Police/Security Officer in small town Missouri. I have just started a new internet business, http://www.jandmlearningresources.com/ I hope to eventually provide a web site that is not only profitable to me but also helpfull to others. What I mean is I want to build into my web site lots of free material that people can use. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know. I am not as knowledgeable at this kind of stuff as I hope to some day be. I know there is alot of people out there that can offer me some tips. I also would like to provide helpfull information to my readers in the way of techniques in dealing with difficult people. I am involved in training Hospital staff members in this.
